Title: Technology Practice Head

Location: Bay Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology practice with a focus on Oracle Cloud, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Salesforce platforms.
• Drive the development and implementation of strategies for the adoption and optimization of these technologies across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.
• Manage a team of consultants and technical experts, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud, EPM, ERP, and Salesforce technologies.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.
• Ensure the practice s profitability by managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading technology practices with a focus on Oracle Cloud, EPM, ERP, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Oracle Cloud, EPM, ERP, and Salesforce.
• Experience with global deployments and managing large-scale technology transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
