About the Role
Our client is seeking two Cheers Analysts to support the implementation of Epic Campaigns as part of a broader optimization and upgrade initiative. These roles are contract-to-hire (CTH), with a strong preference for candidates interested in converting to full-time employment after 3 months. You'll be joining a high-performing team of 11, including 1 other dedicated Cheers expert.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of Epic Campaigns, including intake, configuration, and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing call center workflows
Participate in self-guided intake tracks and contribute to strategic planning for future upgrades
Work EST hours in alignment with team operations
Engage in project milestones leading up to go-live in April 2026
Qualifications
Experience with Epic Cheers and Campaign Management workflows
Preferred certifications:
Epic Campaign Management
OR
Healthy Planet
Ambulatory
Cogito/Clarity/Caboodle
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Remote Work & Travel
Open to candidates in approved states (see list below)
No travel required, though minimal travel may be considered around go-live

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
