Seeking a Mainframe Cobol Customer/1 Billing SME to provide specialized insights into customer service & service order management to the Customer/1 CIS platform.
Duration: Contract position/6-12 months
Work location: Remote USA (eastern time zone work hours)
Duties/skills: Technical Support: Resolve customer issues and provide functional support.
Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials.
Liaison: Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Mentoring: Train and mentor new associates during onboarding.
Knowledge Maintenance: Develop & maintain an understanding of customer-specific business environments & service level agreements.
Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures & documenting troubleshooting efforts.
