Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Program Implementation Leader to support a large-scale enterprise initiative within operations, specifically focused on claims, disputes, and complaints. This role is instrumental in enabling the successful rollout of a new enterprise system through structured planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational readiness leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and support people leaders in creating and executing new processes and procedures aligned to enterprise system implementation.
- Collaborate closely with initiative leaders, technology teams, and product partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Operations Business Partners, providing consulting and training throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and manage business readiness plans, track progress, and escalate risks as needed.
- Communicate critical changes to stakeholders and ensure proper awareness across the business.
- Oversee the effectiveness and adherence to change management processes during the implementation lifecycle.
- Evaluate impact, risk, and benefits of proposed changes and coordinate change planning and execution.
- Supervise a change team, ensuring operational stability and service availability throughout implementation.
- Support integration of change management with service management and operations planning functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Operations Management and large-scale program implementation
- Strong background in operations readiness planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly
- Skilled in change management and implementation leadership across multiple business units
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative and consultative approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise-level complaint handling, claims, or dispute operations
- Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries
- Certification or formal training in change management or project/program management is a plus
Shift & Work Expectations:
- Standard business hours, with flexibility based on implementation timelines
- Some extended hours or coordination across time zones may be required during key implementation phases
