- Ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement for individual and team performance
- Must not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate and analyze future state technologies
- Demonstrable experience automating common processes via Ansible or comparable automation tools
- Proven collaborative mindset and troubleshooting experience in order to guide the Storage Operations Center
