Job Details
Client is California state client.
Project: IT Planning Projects
8 am 5 pm, Pacific Standard Time
It is fully remote, so they do not have to be local but the requirement list that 2 years State of CA consulting experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings with diverse stakeholders, both program/business and IT
- Take initiative, ask questions, research similar work products
- Draft PAL work products independently (processes, requirements, SOWs)
- Review with client and control agencies as needed
- Follow-up with client on comments, additional info to fill gaps
- Communicate weekly with HCG Account Lead on tasks/progress
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years IT process/requirements experience
- 2 years State of CA consulting experience
- 1 year developing PAL documents
- More keywords: PAL, SIMM 19, Stage 2, Stage 3, RFP
- Strong virtual communication skills
- Able to work independently, unafraid to reach out with questions
