Preferred Skills:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
- Write and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
- Own and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure technical feasibility and smooth delivery.
- Provide QA oversight: review test strategies, ensure coverage of acceptance criteria, and validate release readiness.
- Monitor product performance and quality metrics, using data to guide decision-making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
- Promote best practices for SDLC, testing, and release management across the product team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or Business Analyst/Product Manager with PO duties).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes (manual/automation testing, regression, UAT).
- Familiarity with API testing and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in QA or Software Engineering.
- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Certifications: CSPO, CSM, or ISTQB.
