Job Details

Our client is a specialist asset management firm with over $10 billion AUM, specialized in income-oriented credit investments in niche and inefficient markets. As a rapidly growing firm of 120+ employees in Greenwich, CT, they are seeking a full time Business Analyst to lead and oversee the planning, execution and completion of technology projects within the fund, ensuring they align the business goals and objectives. This position will be based fully onsite in CT.

This is a time of high-growth at the firm, having hired many over the past year plus. There is a strong push on their IT initiatives currently. The firm makes high caliber long-term investment hires. They are a heavy automation shop, use technology to their benefit, and are not afraid of using AI to improve.

The ideal candidate should have loyalty to the companies they've been at. They want someone who can push ceilings higher and who has lots of empowerment to think of new & creatives ideas.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT business objectives;
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate existing business systems and operational needs to identify areas for improvement;
  • Document detailed business requirements and define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Assist with vendor relationships, including but not limited to their support process, managed services relationship, budget, and prioritize product enhancements;
  • Perform comprehensive requirements analysis and continuous monitoring of processes to drive enhancements;
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system changes and ensure they meet stakeholders' needs.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to support proposed IT strategies and process improvements;
  • Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to propose scalable solutions;
  • Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols;
  • Ability to leverage technology for effective data gathering and analysis;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; and
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
