Job Opportunity: Workday Finance & Payroll Integration Lead (Hybrid)
We re seeking an experienced Workday Finance and Payroll Integration Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and management of integrations between Workday modules and various enterprise systems. This role is both hands-on and strategic, guiding technical execution while also leading cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, PICOF), a strong grasp of financial and payroll processes (GL, AP/AR, banking, tax, benefits), and solid experience supporting complex ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute Workday Finance and Payroll integrations with third-party systems
Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data flows across platforms
Act as a player-coach, providing both leadership and technical hands-on support
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to drive solutions
Support operational needs outside regular hours when necessary
Contribute to broader business initiatives and process improvements
What You ll Need:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of ERP implementation experience; minimum 3 years with Workday Finance and/or Payroll integrations
Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment, with on-site presence 3+ days/week
