Job Details

Sensiple is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in Software Services, SaaS product sales, and Cloud-based Contact Center solutions.

 

The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities in Cloud Contact Center platforms (Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, Genesys, Avaya, Azure Communication Services, etc.) and broader CX transformation initiatives.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities focused on Contact Center and CX solutions
  • Sell Sensiple’s services across Cloud Contact Center platforms, including Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, Genesys, Avaya, Azure, and others
  • Identify enterprise-level clients for SaaS and managed service offerings
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Business Development / Sales in IT services, SaaS, or Contact Center tech
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Contact Center platforms and CX transformation
  • Experience working with or selling solutions involving Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, Genesys, Avaya, or Azure CC platforms
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Existing client relationships in this domain are a major advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling digital transformation, AI/ML, or data engineering services
  • Ability to work in a global and remote team environment
