Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition/Business Development Specialist to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across Sensiple’s portfolio of IT services and solutions. This role involves identifying new opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders, and providing tailored technology solutions that address clients' business needs across diverse industries and functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Sensiple’s footprint across target markets and industries.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across verticals such as banking and financial services (including capital markets like wealth management, brokerage, and trading platforms), healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
- Generate leads through outbound efforts, including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, focusing on long-term growth and client success.
- Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored solutions using Sensiple’s capabilities in cloud, enterprise applications, AI/ML, RPA, data engineering, and CX technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing) to build value-driven proposals and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay current with technology trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to continuously uncover growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and updates to leadership.
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, platforms, and ecosystem players to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in business development or sales within IT services and solutions.
- Demonstrated experience selling complex IT solutions across one or more of the following areas: cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), enterprise software, AI/ML, RPA, big data, and contact center technologies.
- Industry knowledge and exposure to one or more sectors such as BFSI, capital markets, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate customer challenges into technology solutions.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Connect, Genesys, Google CCAI, Avaya, CISCO, NICE inContact, or leading RPA tools is a plus.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Certifications in cloud, RPA, or AI/ML are advantageous.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
