We are currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a long term contracting position located in either Vienna or Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL. This is a hybrid schedule working onsite 2-3 days a week. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience specifically in very busy retail stores and/or fast food companies.
This role requires a hands-on recruiter who can manage high volume workloads – not someone focused on overseeing a team or improving processes. Candidates with a heavy background in recruiting IT, Government or Healthcare recruiting is not preferred at this time. This role requires someone with solid corporate recruiting experience for in-person roles within very busy retail stores and/or fast food companies.
A Talent Acquisition Partner drives talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions:
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies
- Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Experience in high volume recruiting and building pipelines
- Commercial and corporate recruiting experience required
- Sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for corporate roles
