SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Engagement : This will be a gig style project.

About the Role:
Wipro is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive HR transformation projects for our Canadian clients. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our clients, architecting end-to-end "Recruit to Retire" solutions on the SAP SuccessFactors platform. You will leverage your deep expertise to translate business requirements into scalable, integrated, and efficient cloud-based HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Recruiting (RCM/RMK), Onboarding, and Career Site Builder.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership (C-Suite and HR VPs), conducting workshops to define business requirements, present best-practice solutions, and build implementation roadmaps.
- Global Implementation: Design and configure global templates that meet Canadian legal requirements (e.g., bilingual needs, provincial regulations) while supporting multi-country deployments.
- Integration Expertise: Architect and oversee seamless end-to-end integrations between SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB) and with third-party systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Oracle, Active Directory) using SAP Integration Center and CPI.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring solutions are built to specification and adhere to best practices.
- Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to pre-sales activities, including oral presentations, solution demos, and scoping of Statements of Work (SOW).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with at least 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead role.
- Proven experience leading at least 3-4 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, from blueprinting to go-live.
- Expert-level functional knowledge in Employee Central and at least two of the following modules: Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding 1.0/2.0, or Performance & Goals.
- Demonstrated experience designing complex integrations between SuccessFactors and other HRIS/payroll systems.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and advise senior stakeholders.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) are highly desirable.
