Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Expertise in the payment domain.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps.
  • Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Experience:
  • 5 10 years of product management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a strategic or lead Product Management role.
  • Proven experience taking products from concept to launch.
  • Experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct customer, market, and industry research.
  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and data dashboards.
  • Prioritize features using frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, etc.).
  • Translate strategy into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews.
  • Monitor KPIs to track product performance and drive improvements.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and risks to leadership.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Should Have:
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to create business cases and perform financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and design thinking.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Skills:
  • Data analysis (SQL, Excel, dashboards like Tableau/Looker).
  • Market research and customer segmentation.
  • Strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter s Five Forces, Value Proposition Canvas).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • MBA or consulting/strategy background preferred (optional).
  • Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, FinTech, or relevant vertical is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and product tools (Jira, Figma, Productboard).
