Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in telecom and enterprise systems architecture. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the telecom industry and will bring deep expertise in documenting complex systems end-to-end. This role supports the development of projects across all system layers, including data sourcing, back-office platforms, and user-facing applications. You'll serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into formal technical requirements and driving strategic system improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance across system layers: data sourcing, consumption, back-office, and user applications
- Analyze and document business processes and IT systems
- Lead end-to-end system documentation efforts for complex technical environments
- Collaborate with project owners to resolve operational and implementation challenges
- Research and recommend strategies for customer- and agent-facing systems
- Serve as primary liaison between business users and engineering/development teams
- Identify, document, and track system issues and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into formal technical deliverables and requirements
- Support requirements management throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-7+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role within the telecom industry
- Strong understanding of technical architecture and enterprise systems
- Proven experience with end-to-end system documentation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into business language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with customer and agent-facing systems in telecom environments
- Exposure to automated system solutions and technical interface design
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks or modeling tools
