Title: Senior Associate – Data Migration (Endur | Oil & Gas Trading)

Location: Houston, Texas  - 5 days per week at the client site

Your Impact

As a Senior Associate – Data Migration, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and seamless migration of trading and invoicing data into Endur, supporting our Oil & Gas trading operations. You will:

• Enable Business Continuity by ensuring all critical trading, invoicing, and settlement data is migrated accurately and validated for integrity.
• Improve Operational Efficiency through robust data mapping, cleansing, and transformation processes that minimize post-migration issues.
• Support Financial Accuracy by validating invoicing workflows and ensuring alignment with accounting and settlement processes.
• Collaborate Across Teams including Trading, Risk, Back Office, and IT to deliver high-quality data migration that meets compliance and audit standards.
• Your work will directly impact the success of our Endur implementation and the reliability of our trading and invoicing processes.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with data migration from legacy Endur versions to current Endur versions (v19 or higher)
• 6+ years experience in data migration within ETRM/CTRM systems.
• Hands-on Endur experience specifically with invoicing and settlement modules.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas trading lifecycle, including physical and financial trades, pricing, fees, and logistics.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Python-based pipelines).
• Ability to design and execute data mapping, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with invoicing workflows in Endur, including billing events, charges, taxes, and ERP posting.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with OpenJVS/OpenComponents, Endur reporting tools, and integration frameworks.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice posting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks) for staging and transformation.
