About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior iOS Engineer / Mobile Product Lead who excels at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth. This is a highly visible, execution-driven role focused on rapidly building, testing, and optimizing mobile experiences that directly impact user engagement and conversion.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, UI/UX, and business teams to ideate, prototype, launch, and measure new consumer-facing features—often within the same week. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to turn growth ideas into high-impact iOS features
Design, develop, and iterate on SwiftUI-based iOS applications
Rapidly prototype and deploy features to a limited user base (~5%) for testing and optimization
Analyze and optimize KPIs including conversion rate, engagement, retention, and revenue
Support A/B testing, growth experiments, and marketing campaigns
Own the mobile product lifecycle—from concept through deployment
Operate in a lean, startup-style environment with a strong bias toward execution and results
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of hands-on iOS development experience
Strong expertise in Swift & SwiftUI
Proven experience delivering consumer-facing mobile apps
Solid understanding of conversion funnels, e-commerce flows, search/browse, carts, and promotions
Experience collaborating closely with marketing and design teams
Strong product mindset with the ability to link technical decisions to business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Background in retail, e-commerce, or growth-focused mobile products
Experience running experiments and interpreting user behavior data
Startup or high-growth environment experience
