Our client is looking for an Engagement Manager at New York City, NY (Hybrid) its a Long Term contract opportunity, below is the detailed requirements.

Job Role: Engagement Manager

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote per week)

Mode of Hiring: Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead the execution of the transformation roadmap, from Mobilization through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client business priorities and the Calandra Phase 1 target architecture.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Act as the primary liaison between Client leadership.
• Foster a "One-Team" culture across cross-functional PODs and global delivery teams.

Architecture & Technology Oversight

• Oversee the implementation of the Calandra End-State Architecture, including:
• D365 CE & F&O for Sales, Customer Service, and Finance Salesforce for B2B Sales, Service, and Marketing Databricks as the Power BI data platform ISV/Third-Party Integrations (e.g., Talkdesk, Twilio) Pet Registry and B2B2C Channels Ensure robust integration between CE and F&O systems, leveraging canonical data models and client's accelerators.

Accelerator-Driven Delivery

• Utilize client's suite of accelerators (e.g., APM, IntelliAI, SMARTGUARD, API CENTER) to reduce time-to-market and enhance delivery quality.

Innovation & Scalability

• Champion the use of advanced technologies (Azure, Databricks, GenAI) to enable scalable innovation and future-proof operations.
• Drive adoption of unified platforms to support rapid scaling and unlock new revenue streams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in IT program delivery, with 5+ years in a senior engagement or program director role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft D365 CE & F&O, Salesforce, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, data integration, and customer experience platforms.
• Experience managing complex, multi-vendor, multi-platform transformation programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AX 2009 migrations and Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-D365 hybrid environments.

Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
