Our client, one of the leaders in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking to hire a back office Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.
Please note - this is a Hybrid role located in the Mississauga area, with the expectations of working in the office 3 days a week.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily customer enrollment activities including contract processing, enrollments, price changes, de-enrollment, billing, settlement and enrollment rejections with the utilities.
- Effective handling of all customer data, including confidential account information, meter data, and billing information
- Manage customer renewal process for all customers.
- Regular reporting to management on enrollment activity utilizing Microsoft Office Excel
- Detailed analyses, based on enrollment reporting, to support business direction and provide insight into trends, etc. of the customer base.
- Participate in operations team troubleshooting of technology issues.
- Maintain data integrity for operations
- Several other duties as well
Must Have Experience/Skills:
- 2+ Years of Operations Experience (Back Office - Billing, Processing, Etc.)
- Strong Computer Skills/Knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and Knowledge (Data Analysis, Reporting, Etc)
