Location - Remote

Contract

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
Lead and participate in NetSuite implementation projects from planning to go-live.
Configure NetSuite modules (Financials, Supply Chain, CRM, Projects, etc.) to meet business requirements.
Customize workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and scripts.

Functional Expertise
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise on NetSuite best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using NetSuite functionality.

Technical Solutions
Develop and deploy SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (Web Services), and REST integrations.
Support data migration, mapping, and transformation activities.
Collaborate with third-party systems for integrations using APIs and middleware.

Project Management & Support
Prepare project documentation, including functional specs, technical specs, and user guides.
Provide user training and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend long-term solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
Must have multiple NetSuite Technical and Functional implementation experience.
5+ years of NetSuite experience, with strong background in both functional and technical areas.
Proven experience in full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite integrations.
Solid understanding of business processes (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) preferred.
