Cutover Analyst

Responsibilities:

Responsible for key segments of execution and build of Priority Projects and Quick Hits cutovers that range from SAP implementation to SAS implementations, harvest projects, and divestitures

Assist with planning, managing, and executing the cutover process ensuring Cutover activities and deliverables are met before transition into SAP systems or SAS solutions

Communicate with Deployment teams to coordinate/identify all business and technical tasks to ensure dependencies are identified and support workshop activities

Generate and communicate workshop materials for Cutover workshops

Build, maintain, and execute Cutover plan during Cutover cycles in Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner

Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and ensure all tasks have been identified before mock, dress rehearsal, and production cutover

Support escalations, manage cutover plan, and support multiple regions

Qualifications:

Flexible work schedule is a must

Able to utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Miro, JIRA and Project BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps

Ability to manage pressure/stress and maintain professionalism

Ability to build and run plans

Familiarity with MS Project is a plus

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
