Job Title: Oracle Utilities Analytics Warehouse (OUAW) Consultant with Oracle CC&B/C2M

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Analytics Warehouse (OUAW) Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and/or Customer to Meter (C2M) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting data analytics and reporting solutions for utilities using Oracle's utility analytics platform integrated with CC&B/C2M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using OUAW and Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B/C2M).
- Analyze and map source data (from CC&B/C2M) to OUAW data models.
- Configure and customize Oracle Utilities Analytics Warehouse to meet utility business reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform ETL development using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and manage data pipelines from CC&B/C2M to OUAW.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Develop OBIEE/Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards and reports as per business needs.
- Conduct data validation, data quality checks, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and integrity across systems.
- Support data migration, testing, and post-implementation activities.
- Document design, configurations, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Analytics Warehouse (OUAW).
- Strong understanding of Oracle CC&B and/or C2M systems, including data models and functional processes.
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for ETL development.
- Familiarity with Oracle Utilities subject areas (Billing, Metering, Customer, Payments).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle Database.
- Development and customization of reports using OBIEE or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Good understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of data validation, data quality, and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
