About the Role

We re seeking a System Administrator Supply Chain Systems to support one of the world s leading electric vehicle manufacturers.
In this role, you ll manage and optimize business-critical supply chain systems that enable seamless operations across procurement, logistics, and production.

This position sits at the intersection of IT, supply chain, and business operations ideal for someone who enjoys combining systems expertise with process improvement and user support.


What You ll Do

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access for supply chain systems.

  • Configure, maintain, and support supply chain business applications.

  • Troubleshoot system access and capability issues across supply chain teams.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations and procedures.

  • Provide user onboarding, training, and support for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with IT, finance, and supply chain leadership to improve systems efficiency.

  • Partner with IT security to ensure compliance and data integrity.

  • Support and maintain a mix of internal and third-party supply chain systems.


What You ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems administration or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and system workflows.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Experience with SAP, Coupa, or similar ERP systems (preferred).

  • Strong project management and documentation skills.

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or operations is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
