Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator (Lead level exp is required)
Location: Austin, TX (Remote but looking for local candidates only)
Client: Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts -R1)
Duration: 10+ Months

Description:
- The Candidate will perform highly advanced analytical and development work in the creation of CPA Salesforce applications, as well as provide technical expertise to the team with design discussions and peer reviews. The Candidate will assist in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset. The Candidate will provide feedback and contribute expertise to improve applications and development processes.
- The Candidate will perform these tasks:
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions that correspond to CPA policies and procedures.
- Create user accounts and assign appropriate licenses, profiles, and permissions.
- Create and manage complex Salesforce flows.
- Create Lightning record pages, record types, page layouts and compact layouts based on business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and provide solutions that correspond to CPA policies and procedures.
- Support multiple Salesforce projects and customer enhancements using an Agile methodology.
- Ability to move Salesforce components from development to production using sandbox environments.
- Complete regular internal system audits
- Prepare Technical documentation.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
- Provide functional and technical expertise for Salesforce applications
- Able to work independently in a diverse team environment with on-site and remote teams.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of technical and administrative attributes of Salesforce.
- Possess strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task with a willingness to put in extra efforts when necessary.
- Experience with Agile and other SDLC development methodologies.
- Ability to follow written standards and procedures as well as work independently.
- Keep management informed of status of on activities through accurate, timely, and appropriate reporting.
Required skills:
10 Years of Experience as a software developer/engineer on multiple lifecycle implementations of large-scale ERP IT applications
10 Years of Experience in Salesforce, Apex, and JavaScript
10 Years of Experience in Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (custom objects, Lightning pages, Apex, reports, flows, and assignment rules).
10 Years of Experience in developing software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs.
10 Years of Experience in developing test scenarios and test scripts, performing unit and system testing, and documenting results.
10 Years of Experience with highly complex application security requirements as well as experience designing and supporting systems adhering to information protection and security standards.
8 Years of Experience with serving in a senior development position on at least one full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce.
5 Years of Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Preferred skills:
10 Years of Experience in establishing, documenting, and communicating standards, best practices, fixes, and providing system direction & recommendation.
10 Years of Experience in understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms, and operating systems
10 Years of Experience with UI/UX design experience.
10 Years of Experience in working and communicating effectively across multiple technical groups (including working with subject-matter-experts and other business resources).
Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local government).
2 Years of Experience in MuleSoft
1 Year of Experience using Salesforce Grants Manager
1 Year of Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Data loader and software ticketing system
1 Year of User Experience Designer Certification
1 Year of Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification
