Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Unity Simulation Engineer, you ll:

  • Design & Develop advanced simulation systems using Unity and related technologies.

  • Apply expert-level Unity skills, including scripting, asset integration, and utilizing the latest Unity features.

  • Optimize performance to ensure seamless simulation across platforms.

  • Perform testing and debugging to ensure the accuracy and stability of simulations.

  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and subject matter experts for fully integrated solutions.

  • Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation on system design and implementation.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of hands-on Unity game engine development experience.

  • Strong C# programming skills and OOP fundamentals.

  • Experience with physics-based simulations, AI, and VR technologies.

  • Expertise in performance profiling and real-time optimization.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior engineers.

  • A portfolio showcasing complex simulation projects is a strong plus.
