Role Title: Failure Analysis Plan Writer (XChip)
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Duration: 18+ months contract
Description:
- Hands on experience with electrical equipment.
- Understand test data to identify accurate physical location of circuits for FA.
- Analyze circuits and layouts to generate instructions for FA.
- Setup task flows for FA team to execute instructions.
- Understand nanoprobing data to determine the next steps for FA.
- Load X-chip units in fault isolation tools and collect data.
- BSc in EE with knowledge of Device Physics and Circuits
