Job Description

  • PS HCM techno-functional resource working in a development/implementation project
  • Experience in PeopleSoft HCM - Core HR and payroll. Hands-on Experience in SQR's and App engines.
  • Work closely with client manager and business partners for requirements gathering and planning
  • Understand the requirements and translate those into technical design documents
  • Prepare project plan and SOW based on customer requirements
  • Coordinate with offshore team members/developers to deliver the requirements and provide consultation on functional / application workflow
  • Prepare / Review test scripts and perform system testing. Assist in user acceptance testing.
  • Project management experience will be an added advantage
  • Responsible for managing project deliverables
