We are looking for a Senior Genesys Developer for our client in San Francisco, CA
Job Title: Senior Genesys Developer
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
- Minimum 5 to 9 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service and Omnichannel Orchestration Routing on Genesis Cloud CX.
- Functional and hands-on experience in the development of Voice and Nonvoice Chats, MS Email Bot, etc., application solutioning using Genesis Cloud CX Architect.
- Experience in implementing third-party integration like AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, Workday, and Chromodynamics etc.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong and well-established record of accomplishment in delivering customer interaction solutions across various interaction channels, IVR, web, Message Chat, SMS, social media, Genesee Agent Copilot, and Genesis AI features.
- Thorough understanding of Genesis Framework Integration with internal and external components,
- Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and a dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies,
- Deep knowledge of multiple self-service and speech recognition vendors' offerings, strengths, and weaknesses, including hands-on experience with products from leading vendors such as Amazon Genesis and Nuance.
- Knowledge of WFM Reporting and Analytics using the Genesis developer API.
- Experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
- Candidate must be a Genesis Cloud CX certified professional in one plus focused solution area, Inbound Outbound, multichannel Recording, Reporting, etc..Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, and global environment,
