Seeking a Security program manager for hybrid contract role in Maplewood MN.
Hybrid position, preferable to be on site 1-3 days. There's flexibility, but will require at LEAST one day in office per week.
Hours: 8-5 PM CST standard, some flexibility
HR IT Portfolio & Compliance Analyst ,Workday/HR Systems knowledge a plus.
Duties:
• Manage the HR IT demand intake process, including request evaluation, prioritization, and routing.
• Coordinate and track IT screening and security review activities with the appropriate technical and compliance teams.
• Assess approximately 40 HR-related SaaS applications to determine alignment with updated corporate standards and document required remediation actions.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders on status, risks, and required decisions.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure consistent application of processes during the contract period.
Skills: • Experience leading IT projects or demand intake processes.
• Familiarity with IT security, compliance, or system review workflows.
• Knowledge of SaaS application evaluation and standards-based assessments.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
Education: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited instituion.
