Position: CX/CPQ Solution Architect
Location: Remote this is a client facing role (there will be regular travel to different clients)
Type: Direct hire
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and the broader Oracle CX suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background and thrive in client-facing environments, translating business needs into scalable Oracle CX and CPQ solutions. This role requires hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade CX solutions and a passion for working with clients to drive digital transformation across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle CX and CPQ solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and solution owner in delivery engagements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Service, and IT to integrate CX/CPQ solutions across enterprise systems.
- Guide clients through solution architecture decisions and project roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations and alignment.
- Develop and deliver high-quality documentation, solution designs, and architecture blueprints.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Support solution estimation, scoping, and proposal development in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Stay current with Oracle CX and CPQ product updates and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge solution design.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle CX (Customer Experience) applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud including solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CX modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Commerce Cloud.
- Proven experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture principles, systems integration, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field)
- Oracle certifications in CX or CPQ preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating Oracle CX/CPQ with ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP).
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with middleware/integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC
