Role : Cloud Application Architect

Location: Houston,Texas(Onsite/5 days a week)

Duration: Long term (Possible Direct Hire)

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based applications

Collaborate with engineers, developers, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud applications

Select and implement appropriate cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) based on project requirements

Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

Develop and maintain cloud architecture best practices and documentation.

Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and trends.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on cloud initiatives.

Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

5+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud applications.

Proven experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Experience with cloud infrastructure services (e.g., compute, storage, networking)

Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate

Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
