About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the staffing and recruitment industry. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and expanding our footprint in the US market. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients in need of staffing solutions across various industries.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies for client acquisition.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized staffing solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met with quality candidates.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our staffing services.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing and recruitment industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing market and client needs.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
