Job Description
Plans and organizes the staff and activities in support of the governance of projects related to the infrastructure reference architecture including security, storage, server, networking, integration, and desktop. Leads the review of solutions and provides proper quality assurance in advance of design and approval meetings.
Job Responsibility
1.Leads the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure architecture governance tool and process and develops expertise within the team.
2.Leads the activities of assigned team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives
3.Oversees the quality assurance of project documentation to ensure consistency with engineering protocols.
4.Leverages knowledge of waterfall and agile project methodologies to provide expertise to project teams on navigating the infrastructure architecture governance process.
5.Leads the solution architecture review of application requirements and characteristics.
6.Reviews, analyzes, develops, installs, and modifies systems; analyzes and resolves complex problems associated with infrastructure systems independently.
7.Detects, diagnoses, and reports related problems for later follow up and provides recommendations for resolutions.
8.Collaorates with senior leaders on the development, maintenance, and implementation of the strategic plan for infrastructure systems activities within the system to address organizational needs, technology trends, architectural design and human resource requirements.
9.Provides technical guidance and expertise on complex technical projects such as scoping, estimating and planning infrastructure related initiatives.
10.Acts as project leader for projects for the implementation or upgrade of Enterprise infrastructure.
11.Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
5-7 years of relevant experience, required.

Job Qualification

5-7 years of relevant experience, required.
Highly Preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting experience in both hardware and software support.
- Expert-level knowledge of all current Windows operating systems.
- Monitors the performance of Epic hardware systems and end-user devices, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Experience deploying and supporting iOS and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP) and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group account administration.
- Hands-on experience using ITSM systems (ServiceNow preferred).
