Job Details

A senior engineering leader is sought to guide a large, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions. This role combines strategic planning, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement across electrical systems, power studies, and infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals in the energy sector.
  • Lead teams in electrical design, system analysis, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Promote innovation, safety, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to internal teams and external partners.
  • Represent the organization in professional and regulatory settings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Eligibility for Professional Engineer registration.
  • Proven leadership in complex engineering environments.
