ServiceNow Business Process Consultant HAM

Overview:
Client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Sr. Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow and HAM experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of HAM-related processes and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:

Analyze organization s HAM requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and develop a roadmap for HAM requirements.

Conduct gap analyses to assess current and future needs of HAM processes and systems.

Develop detailed functional specifications and requirements documentation for ServiceNow HAM solutions.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and IT teams to design and implement HAM solutions.

Conduct HAM acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow HAM solutions.

Assist in the development of HAM-related policies, procedures, and documentation.

Support management and resolution of HAM-related incidents.

Stay current with industry trends and adapt ServiceNow HAM implementations as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience (Implementation, integration, enhancement).

3-5 years of experience in a similar Business Analysis or HAM role.

Strong understanding of ITAM principles.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements.

Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HAM, and SAM) preferred.

ITIL v3 certification preferred.
