Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr IT Project Lead to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in executing global initiatives from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Ensure projects remain on track through milestone tracking and proactive risk management.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating regular status updates and issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive project success.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Robust experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Smartsheet.
Preferred Skills
- Certification as a Scrum Master or in Agile methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Background in the medical technology or regulated industry is a plus.
