Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr IT Project Lead to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in executing global initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure projects remain on track through milestone tracking and proactive risk management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating regular status updates and issue resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive project success.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Robust experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification as a Scrum Master or in Agile methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Background in the medical technology or regulated industry is a plus.
