Job Details
- 10+ years of experience in data modeling, with at least 3+ years in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance data including policy, claims, billing, and customer data.
- Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques.
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with data warehouses, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience working with data modeling tools like Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline collaboration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
