SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

Position Type: Long-Term Contract

Location: Remote

The Role:

Madiba is currently in search of a Organizational Change Management Lead with a heavy emphasis on SAP and S/4HANA deployment, Training, and Project Management for a finance related project as a result of a merger and acquisition.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with OCM Organizational Change Management working with Systems, Process and Process Change
  • Change and project management skills to deliver system and data changes into the Company systems
  • Experience in Stakeholder Identification & Analysis and Mapping
  • Experience in Change Readiness measuring and monitoring
  • Assist in defining end user acceptance testing
  • Experience in Change Impact Assessment
  • Experience working on large scale SAP and ERP technology projects
  • Identify training requirements and assist in development of training curriculum
  • Produce communication materials including PowerPoint presentations, e-mails, and printed media
  • Prepare leadership for communication and training event facilitation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Change Management, OCM, and Training experience in SAP Finance related projects
  • Strong background in SAP Change Management within enterprise environments
  • Several years of Project Management experience
  • Media & Entertainment industry experience is highly desired
  • Mergers & Acquisition experience is preferred
  • Prosci certification a plus
