Location-

  1. West Coast- Manufacturing OR Retail/ CPG industry experience is mandatory
  2. Boston, MA OR Northeastern region- Healthcare Lifesciences industry experience is mandatory
  3. Milwaukee, WI OR Chicago, IL- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales/Business Development Director with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the IT Services industry, hunting for new business opportunities.

This position will be based in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and business development initiatives. They should have a solid background in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress towards sales goals
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape client proposals.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven ability to drive results in a competitive sales environment.
  • A bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • If you have a passion for sales and business development, a strong background working with IT Services companies, and a desire to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Experience highlighted above is mandatory
