Business Analyst
Job Details
As a Technical Business Analyst, We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Business Analyst to support our contact center ACD/IVR builds under the Nice CXOne platform. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to enhance our customer service capabilities.
Responsibilities: -
- Gather and document business requirements for ACD/IVR builds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new features and functionalities.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
