Job Description:
We are looking for a Power BI Consultant to support reporting, analytics, and forecasting initiatives. The role involves developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, building optimized data models using DAX and Power Query, and supporting forecasting and predictive analytics using Python and statistical techniques. The consultant will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and provide documentation and training support.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build and maintain data models using DAX and Power Query
- Support forecasting initiatives using Python, AI, and statistical modeling
- Integrate multiple data sources and optimize report performance
- Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver accurate and actionable insights
- Document solutions and provide training/knowledge transfer
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Python experience for statistical or predictive modeling
- Understanding of financial reporting and forecasting concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
