We are seeking an experienced Apigee Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, building, and implementing robust and scalable API services using Apigee.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Apigee.




  • Create and manage API proxies, policies, products, and developer portals.




  • Implement and manage API security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API Key validation.




  • Work with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions including SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP integrations.




  • Collaborate with architects, backend developers, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration across systems.




  • Optimize API performance and monitor traffic, error rates, and latency.




Required Skills:



  • 2+ years experience with Apigee Development

  • 3+ years IBM ACE aka App Connect Enterprise OR Ping Federate SSO Single Sign-On

  • Must be able to deliver strong hands-on development from day one

  • SOAP/Restful service experience (all new developments are Restful services)

  • Pub/Subscribing integration with ACE

  • Good understanding of how SSO works and how it implements with Ping Federate or OKTA or any SSO Single Sign On platform. Good understanding of OIDC (OpenID Connect) SSO
