JD: Duties

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools such as Python and VBA to support decision-making processes.
  • Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Create detailed process maps and workflows using Visio to visualize business processes.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing insights during each phase.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Vaticinate potential business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business analysis principles.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with database design and management.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Talend for data integration.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of VBA for automation of tasks within Excel or other applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
