How You Will Make An Impact

• Translate detailed accounting and finance requirements into scalable configurations across core D365 Finance modules.
• Design and configure future-state Record-to-Report processes with considerations for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with business leaders and analysts to define requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, and craft technical specifications.
• Configure, extend, and integrate D365 F&O features within best-practice standards to support multi-entity, distribution-focused operations.
• Troubleshoot high-level performance, functionality, and integration issues within D365 Finance & Operations.
• Support end-to-end testing cycles, including unit testing, UAT, and automated test creation.
• Document system configurations, technical designs, and custom extensions to maintain long-term system integrity.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, developers, and architects to deliver stable, optimized, and compliant financial solutions.

Do You Bring Proven Success in D365 Finance Solution Design?

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to ERP and finance technology environments.
• Minimum 5 years specializing in D365 F&O Finance modules, with hands-on configuration and post-deployment support experience in:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Fixed Assets
• Cash & Bank Management
• Budgeting
• Month- and Year-End Close
• Tax configuration and compliance
• Cost Accounting
• Experience supporting finance processes in multi-entity or distribution-centric organizations.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and compliance through workflow controls and audit mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and taxation compliance.
• Background supporting financial systems within large digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Experience with data migration processes and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present to leadership.

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310, MB-330)

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent accounting experience
