The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.

Your role and responsibilities
- Lead the data engineering architecture and solutions, ensuring scalability, quality, and security.
- Supervise and mentor the data engineering team, providing technical direction and best practices.
- Oversee SAP data integration and transformation (FI/CO, BW, S/4HANA, ECC).
- Design and optimize data pipelines using modern tools (ADF, AWS Glue, Informatica).
- Manage cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.
- Ensure strong and reliable data models for BI tools (Power BI, SAC, Tableau).
- Implement data governance standards, including metadata and security practices.
- Partner with Finance to translate budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and journal processes into scalable data solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and ensure data availability and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement and evaluate new technologies across the data ecosystem.

- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with proven expertise in SAP data integration (FI/CO, BW, S/4HANA, or ECC).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data pipeline tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Informatica).
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar).
- Familiarity with finance and accounting processes - budgeting, forecasting, P&L, balance sheet, and journal data.
- Experience designing data models for BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau).
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and business context..
