IT Change Management Specialist Digital Workplace TechCare Blueprint Operations

Position Summary:

The IT Change Management Specialist will play a key role in driving clarity, alignment, and adoption of technological servicing initiatives enabled by the Digital Workplace TechCare Blueprint Operations team. This individual will support the planning and execution of change activities that impact end-user technology experiences, internal IT operations, and business processes.

The role combines communication strategy, project coordination, and documentation excellence to ensure initiatives are delivered smoothly and stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the lifecycle of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new tools, systems, and processes within the Digital Workplace environment.
  • Create clear, engaging, and audience-tailored communications (presentations, FAQs, release notes, talking points, etc.) for technology rollouts and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Service Teams to build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers.
  • Document key discussions, decisions, and action items during operational meetings and working sessions.
  • Support TechCare Blueprint Operations governance by maintaining consistent templates and reporting documentation.
  • Coordinate readiness activities, user impact assessments, and feedback loops for large-scale IT changes.
  • Partner with internal communications to align on enterprise-wide messaging and support materials.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change enablement processes within Digital Workplace.

Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of experience in IT servicing change management, project coordination, or communications within a technology or digital workplace environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise messaging.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations and visual storytelling artifacts for technology programs.
  • Pass Change Management Scenario Assessment
  • Strong organization and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, SharePoint, MS Office).
  • Familiarity with communication technologies (e.g., Slack, Webex)
  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field a plus
