World Wide Technology is looking for a UI Design Manager / Product Owner. This role is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $65.00 to $75.00 hourly (W2/C2C). Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a UI Design Manager / Product Owner for a 12 Months contract position, as part of our Strategic Resourcing Services and staff augmentation efforts.
In this role, the selected consultant will work directly with a WWT client, supporting their internal team and business objectives. While WWT facilitates the position, the consultant will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partner organizations, which will provide complete details regarding compensation and benefits before employment.
Position Overview:
Job Summary:
The User Interface (UI) Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the consumer-centered digital design team, focusing on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. This role significantly impacts the company s online assets and requires a deep understanding of current digital design trends and user-centered design. The manager collaborates with UI/UX designers, developers, product managers, and executives throughout the planning and development life cycle. Additionally, they ensure consistent brand application, align with strategic growth goals, and reflect the Company Values in all departmental operations, adhering to our mission and service standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in design, computer science, or psychology.
- 8+ years as a (UI)User Interface designer or interaction designer.
- 5+ years Product Owner experience.
- 2+ years managing a collaborative design team.
- Healthcare/Medical Industry experience required.
- Experience leading design for mobile, desktop, and hardware interfaces.
- Experience in full life-cycle design projects from strategy through execution.
- Certification(s): UI/UX design certification preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Web Design/Layout.
- Experience with HTML, video, flash, content management systems, and copy-editing.
- Ability to create visually compelling interface designs with a strong creative vision.
- Adaptability to the healthcare industry s fluidity and evolving needs.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. Aha! Jira, ServiceNow Flow Designer, preferred experience.
- Generative AI IVR workstream; Omnichannel / Ai workstream experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
