Job Description:
Pay Range: $50.17hr - $55.17hr
  • Manage data privacy requests (deletion, access, portability, etc) with meticulous attention to details and meet compliance SLA and deadlines.
  • Understand data flows, data security and data privacy policies and procedures.
  • Meet performance expectations regularly and follow workflows and playbooks following leadership directions.
  • Ensure we address all queries from data subjects within legal timeframes (e.g. delete or access their information from our databases).
  • Providing upward feedback, regarding the status of cases, communicating regularly with supervisors and managers.
  • Compile reports at the direction of leadership and maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of current events in the legal and compliance spaces as they relate to data privacy practices.
  • Managing Time Efficiently: Candidates value time and use it effectively and efficiently.

Skills:
  • Previous experience working within compliance or regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated conceptual knowledge of privacy theories, practices, and regulatory frameworks (including EU, US, and regional laws).
  • Proven ability to work independently, using existing procedures and analytical skills to solve standard and complex privacy problems.
  • Experience proactively identifying workflow gaps and developing actionable solutions to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; expert at managing multiple cases and tasks, often under urgent timeframes and with cross-jurisdictional complexity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills able to convey technical and policy information clearly to diverse audiences and collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships, share knowledge, and promote best practices across teams.
  • Adept at coordinating key programs and processes, preparing ongoing reporting, and leading information exchanges to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Track record of contributing to team culture, supporting process improvements, and exemplifying client s core values.
Education:
  • 1+ years of experience handling legal compliance operational tasks.
