Penetration Tester

We are seeking two skilled Penetration Testers to join a high-impact security team focused on offensive security operations. This team plays a critical role in proactively identifying vulnerabilities across systems and domains, helping to safeguard sensitive environments. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on expertise in penetration testing and Red Team methodologies, and be prepared for a rigorous technical evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct recurring penetration tests on new and existing systems and domains.
• Collaborate with the dedicated forensics team in the rare event of a breach.
• Deliver detailed findings and recommendations to improve system security posture.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and exploit techniques.
• Contribute to threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Assist in developing and refining internal security testing methodologies and toolkits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Red Team operations, Hack The Box, and offensive security techniques.
• Ability to pass a technical challenge as the first step in the interview process.
• Industry experience in any sector (not limited to government or state).
• Proximity to worksite for occasional on-site visits (approximately twice per year).
• Must pass an FBI background check and fingerprinting.
