System Analysts (SA)
- Author user stories for ECM - Disputes solution development
- Support our Appian implementation partners writing/decomposing user stories for the API development.
- Collaborate, as needed, to support API testing.
- Author "Best Practices" for business process modeling
- Support functional testing of all user stories.
- Collaborate / support of end-user training materials.
- Collaborate with DEV to prepare technical documentation (see below)
- Support business to assess future/next use case for 'readiness.
- Other, as determined during the working sprints.
Low-Code Appian Developers (DEV)
- Pair program with our Appian implementation partner s low-code Appian DEVs to gain knowledge & familiarity with their coding standards / Best Practices
- Once a level of knowledge gained, handle small, less complex user stories. At some future point, should be able to handle larger, more complex user stories.
- Support the assessment of Appian "Best Practices" from our Appian implementation partners. Followed by, creating Appian "Best Practices" for Cardworks
- Support the preparation of the following tests
- Collaborate with SA to prepare Performance test plans & coordinate execution.
- Collaborate with SA to prepare system monitoring & alert test plans & coordinate execution.
- Collaborate with CWS IAM (Identity & Access Management) to coordinate PEN (Penetration) testing in the appropriate Appian environment.
- Other, that might arise from evolving IAM practices.
- Technical Documentation needed to receive 'Permit to Operate' approval.
- Collaborate with SA to create Runbook (used by CWS TOC (Technical Operations Center)). Support the review with TOC leadership.
- Collaborate with SA and business BA to create BIA (Business Impact Analysis)
- Collaborate with SA to create TDROP (Technical Disaster Recovery Operational Plans)
- Other, as determined during the working sprints.
