SAP PP Functional Consultant

Job Summary: The SAP PP Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions across end-to-end business processes. This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP PP, the ability to analyze complex business requirements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The consultant will drive system enhancements, resolve high-priority issues, support full-cycle implementations, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and provide system solutions Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements Conduct workshops to gather and finalize business requirements Map client business processes, objectives, and requirements with SAP PP functionality Design, customize, configure, and test SAP PP modules Identify system gaps, issues, and propose workaround solutions Handle changes or emergency transports for critical issues Document functional designs, test cases, and test results Proactively propose enhancements to business processes or system functionality Provide consulting support for new implementations and ongoing support projects Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Support full cycle implementations and post-go-live activities Design and configure PP modules with strong understanding of integration points Collaborate with other SAP modules, especially MM and QM Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously Required Skills: 12+ years of SAP PP experience Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, design, and end-to-end implementation In-depth knowledge of PP master data, MRP, process orders, production execution Experience with integration across SAP MM and QM modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent documentation and communication skills Experience with full cycle SAP implementations and support projects Preferred Skills: Experience working in team-oriented and collaborative environments Creative problem-solving approach Manufacturing process understanding Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree
